1. Services Scope
editByMaan provides high-end cinematic video editing, color grading, sound design, pacing choreography, and multi-format exports for luxury real estate, commercial brands, and visionary creators. Project timelines, deliverables, and revision rounds are confirmed upon booking.
2. Footage & Media Assets
Clients must hold the necessary rights and permissions for all source footage, audio stems, graphics, and music provided for editing. editByMaan assumes no liability for copyright infringement arising from client-provided materials.
3. Turnaround & Revisions
Standard turnaround time is 48 hours to 4 business days depending on cut category (Signature Real Estate, 9:16 Vertical, or Commercial). Revisions are handled iteratively via timestamped feedback (Frame.io, Vimeo, or WhatsApp review) to ensure satisfaction.
4. Deliverables & Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, clients retain full ownership and commercial distribution rights for the final exported master video files (ProRes / MP4 / H.264). Raw editing project timelines (.drp / .prproj) remain the proprietary studio craft of editByMaan unless explicitly licensed.
5. Portfolio Showcase
Unless covered by a mutually signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), editByMaan reserves the right to showcase publicly released edits in our creative portfolio to demonstrate craftsmanship.
6. Governing Terms
These terms represent the standard operating agreement between editByMaan and our clients. For custom agency retainers or enterprise contracts, individual statements of work will apply.
